Brewkit is an independent espresso and coffee-gear review site — bench-tested machine and grinder comparisons, buying guides, and troubleshooting write-ups. If you have a question about a review, spotted an error or an outdated spec, or want to suggest a machine or grinder we should cover, this page is how you reach us.
General inquiries, corrections, and review requests all go to one address: hello@brewkit.net. We read every message and aim to respond within a few business days. Email is the only channel — there is no contact form or phone line — which keeps every correction request in one place and gets you our answer in writing.
What to include in your message
- Corrections: the article URL, the sentence or spec that is wrong, and — if you have one — a source we can verify, such as the manufacturer’s product page or the owner’s manual. A precise report gets fixed fastest.
- Review suggestions: the exact brand and model, plus why it deserves a look. Gear we can source and actually put on the bench gets priority, and every review labels what was measured versus what came from manufacturer specs.
- General questions: tell us your machine, your grinder, and what you have already tried. Context is the difference between a useful answer and a guess.
Who you’re reaching
Brewkit is run by Ricky Poon, the site’s editor and lead reviewer — he does the research, the testing, and every published word. The About page explains the review methodology and how evidence is labeled, and the Disclaimer covers the Amazon Associates relationship: affiliate commissions fund the site, but they never decide what we recommend or how we describe it.
